Hong Kong Tourism Board has announced that it has launched two smartphone applications for tourists. When tourists take a photo of the landscape with their phones information about transport, dining options, and shopping will be shown on their phone.

Six Hong Kong Airlines Approved To Decrease Surcharges

The Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department has announced that six Hong Kong airlines including Cathay Pacific Airways have approval to reduce their surcharges on passenger routes in the period from October 1 through November 30, 2008.

Hong Kong Airlines To Increase Surcharges From August 1

Nine Hong Kong airlines including Cathay Pacific Airways have approval for additional surcharges from August 1 this year, and another 35 airlines in the region have also obtained the approval from the Civil Aviation Department Hong Kong to extend or add the surcharges.
