Jin Air will operate a total of five Boeing 737-800 aircraft, purchasing one in April 2009 and another later in the year.<\/p>\n<p>Jae Kun Kim, CEO of Jin Air states that safety is a prime consideration for the airline saying: \"Prior to international service inauguration, we have confirmed our global standards of safety by achieving a IOSA registration certificate, a globally acknowledged airline safety audit program.\"<\/p>\n<p>He added, \"We believe that Jin Air will become a leading global premium short-haul carrier, exhibiting world-standard safety and convenience at a reasonable price for the traveling public.
