A native Malaysian, Toh has 15 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to coming to Dalian, he was director of sales and marketing of Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, and held the same position at Shangri-La's Rasa Ria Resort, Kota Kinabalu.
