Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts has opened the 449-room Shangri-La Hotel, Guilin.<\/p>\n
Shangri-La Hotel, Guilin is located on the banks of the scenic Li River and claims many city firsts. These include the city\u2019s largest guestrooms; the largest state-of-the-art meeting and conference facilities; and it is the first hotel in the city to feature indoor and outdoor swimming pools. <\/p>\n
Situated on the banks of the scenic Li River near the Yushan Bridge, the seven-storey Shangri-La Hotel, Guilin is a 35-minute drive from the Guilin Liangjiang International Airport and a 10-minute drive from the city center. Nearby tourist attractions include Diecai Hill, the Zhengyang Walking Street, Fubo Hill, and Elephant Trunk Hill, all of which are a 10-minute drive from the hotel.<\/p>\n
Rooms at Shangri-La Hotel Guilin start at 42 square meters in area and there are 17 suites, ranging from an 84-square-meter executive suite to a 210-square-meter presidential suite. <\/p>\n
For meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions, there is an 1,800-square-meter ballroom that can host events of up to 2,000 people and is complemented by six additional function rooms and a dedicated VIP room. <\/p>\n
