{"id":16257,"date":"2010-05-14T05:31:15","date_gmt":"2010-05-13T21:31:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/en\/?p=16257"},"modified":"2010-05-14T05:31:15","modified_gmt":"2010-05-13T21:31:15","slug":"dalian-to-get-new-five-star-hotel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/2010\/05\/14\/16257\/","title":{"rendered":"Dalian To Get New Five-star Hotel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Construction has commenced on the CNY280 million Dalian Wanshan Golf Spa Resort in Lvshunkou District, which is expected to be the first five-star hotel in Lvshunkou.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Situated by Tahewan at South Lvshun Road, the resort covers an area of 15,000 square meters, the hotel will have 150 guest rooms and suites, a 800-square-meter plus multifunctional conference hall, and a 5,000-square-meter spa club. It will be a comprehensive leisure resort with guestrooms; catering, entertainment, and leisure facilities; and spa.<\/p>\n<p>Aiming to be a famous tourist attraction in Northeast Asia, Lvshunkou has planned and constructed a batch of tourism projects.
