{"id":16469,"date":"2010-06-03T05:30:37","date_gmt":"2010-06-02T21:30:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/en\/?p=16469"},"modified":"2010-06-03T05:30:37","modified_gmt":"2010-06-02T21:30:37","slug":"renaissance-shanghai-putuo-hotel-opens-its-doors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/2010\/06\/03\/16469\/","title":{"rendered":"Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel Opens Its Doors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 330-room Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel is now open under a long-term management agreement with Shanghai Mingjie Real Estate and Development Company.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The property is located close to from shops, nightlife, and a major business hub, and is targeted at both business and leisure travelers with features that include luxurious bedding, LCD televisions, high-speed Internet, and exclusive amenities.<\/p>\n<p>The Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel houses a range of dining options including a casual ambiance at Cafe BLD where the open kitchen has a wood-fire oven; Cantonese delicacies with a modern twist at New Dynasty, serving up steaming hot dim sum accompanied by aromatic teas from the serenity tea bar; sushi, grilled seafood, and lemon sake at Yu Zu Japanese Grill; and The Lounge, an all-day socializing area that offers tapas alongside drinks and entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>For relaxation, there is an indoor swimming pool; a 24 hour fitness center, which is equipped with modern cardio machines and free weights.
