\nOur company has held two Greater China Region user meetings in Sanya, in 2006 and 2010, each having 400 to 500 participants.<\/p>\n
\nWhen choosing a hotel, the first thing is the scale of the conference venue. We'll see if it can accommodate our participants. The second is facilities, including the number of conference rooms, the scale of the lobby, the area of the dining room and how many people the dining room can accommodate.<\/p>\n
\nWe prefer high-quality hotels as our participants include senior executives from our U.S. Headquarters; speakers from home and abroad; and participants from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. So, when choosing a hotel, we\u2018ll first check its accommodation abilities, including hardware facilities and the scale of the conference venue, and also we'll see if the hotel is able to hold a conference. Secondly, the price also matters. We'll compare and choose hotels with higher price-performance. Thirdly, we'll prefer hotels that can offer customized services.<\/p>\n
\nThe hotels in Yalong Bay are great, especially the Sanya Marriott Resort and Spa and Sheraton Sanya Resort. The price was quite reasonable when our company held a meeting in Sanya Marriot at the end of May 2010. In addition, we were satisfied with the hotel's meeting facilities and software services.<\/p>\n
