It is the carrier's second foreign service after the launch of its Shanghai to Ibaraki route in July 2010.<\/p>\n<p>The Shanghai-based budget carrier is offering fares which are cheaper than those offered by competitors such as Cathay Pacific and Shanghai Airlines.
