The agreement is aimed at turning the city into a top MICE destination in the global market.<\/p>\n<p>Under the partnership, the two sides will jointly train local industry professionals to acquire the skills needed to plan, execute and manage meetings and events at international standards.<\/p>\n<p>As of now, there are 14,000 certificated meeting professionals, but none of them are from China.<\/p>\n<p>MPI is said to be the meeting and event industry's largest and most global community.
