He joined the Starwood group in 1995 at The Westin Resort Macao, serving in various positions including front office, revenue management, and Six Sigma. Prior to this appointment, Chea was the general manager of Sheraton Changsha.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/20110119aaronzhang.gif\" alt=\"\" title=\"Aaron Zhang\" width=\"50\" height=\"75\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-19147\" \/>Aaron Zhang has been appointed as director of sales and marketing at the hotel. He holds a BA honor degree in hotel and tourism industry from Switzerland and joined the Starwood group in 2004 at Sheraton Sanya Resort as the business development manager.
