{"id":19329,"date":"2011-02-11T00:01:50","date_gmt":"2011-02-10T16:01:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/en\/?p=19329"},"modified":"2011-02-11T00:01:50","modified_gmt":"2011-02-10T16:01:50","slug":"shenyang-five-star-hotel-in-spring-festival-fire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/2011\/02\/11\/19329\/","title":{"rendered":"Shenyang: Five-star Hotel In Spring Festival Fire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A blaze started by fireworks to celebrate the Spring Festival has destroyed the five-star Dynasty Wanxin Hotel Shenyang on the eve of China's Spring Festival.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Reports from local media say the fire broke out at 00:13 on February 3, 2011 at Tower B, an apartment building of the Dynasty Wanxin building complex, and the flames quickly spread to the adjacent Tower A, which includes a five-star hotel.<\/p>\n<p>A landmark of Shenyang, the three-tower Dynasty Wanxin building complex is located on bustling Qingnian Street in Heping District.<\/p>\n<p>There were only a few people in the hotel and apartment building at the time of the fire and no casualties had been reported.<\/p>\n<p>Spring Festival fires are common in China.
