Then he started his hospitality career in Switzerland. After working for Hilton International in Switzerland, France, London, Kenya, Egypt, Brazil and Puerto Rico, he came to China in 1991.<\/p>\n<p>In 1991, Mannion joined the InterContinental Hotels Group, as the Food and Beverage Manager of Holiday Inn Lido Beijing, then he moved to Hong Kong to become Executive Assistant Manager of Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong. In 1999, he returned to Holiday Inn Lido Beijing as Resident Manager.
