{"id":31102,"date":"2009-09-01T05:31:46","date_gmt":"2009-08-31T21:31:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/en\/?p=13235"},"modified":"2009-09-01T05:31:46","modified_gmt":"2009-08-31T21:31:46","slug":"cnta-to-approve-foreign-invested-travel-agencies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/2009\/09\/01\/31102\/","title":{"rendered":"CNTA To Approve Foreign-invested Travel Agencies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Chinese National Tourism Administration has published a proclamation on its official website concerning applications for setting up foreign-invested travel agencies in China.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>According to the related prescriptions of Regulation on Travel Agencies, from September 15, 2009, CNTA will begin to accept applications from foreign-invested travel agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Application requirements include a fixed place of business, the necessary business facilities, and a registered capital of no less than CNY300,000.
