It is reported that CITIC Group has reached a provisional agreement for cooperation with Marriott International and Hyatt Corporation.<\/p>\n<p>The two hotels will be built to deluxe five-star standards. The first phase of the 3,000-mu resort residence area covers about 671 Mu, and is aimed to meet the leisure and spending holiday requirements of medium and high-end consumers from both domestic and overseas markets.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, a large supporting facilities project will be built into a center for leisure, shopping, and entertainment.
