There is one fight a week on each of the two routes &#8212; both are operated using YAK-42 aircraft. Xinjiang Airport Group has signed a ground service agent agreement with SCAT Air Company.<\/p>\n<p>This air company is the second airline in Kazakhstan authorized to operate routes from the destinations around the country to Urumchi &#8211; the other airlines is Air Astana.
