The InterContinental Hotels Group says the opening of its fifth Crowne Plaza Hotel in Beijing is slated to open in July 2008.<\/p>\n
The Crowne Plaza Zhongguancun Beijing lies in the bustling Zhongguancun area, which is often referred to as China's Silicon Valley.<\/p>\n
Each of the hotel's 300 guestrooms and suites offer panoramic city views and a vast spectrum of facilities, including high-speed Internet access, mini-bar, and electronic safe, natural light bathroom with separate rain forest shower stall, 37-inch flat screen LCD television and generous floor space starting from 45 square meters.<\/p>\n
For large events, the hotel offers a 480-square-meter ballroom, plus 10 multifunction rooms ideal for small to medium-sized meetings or banquets. The ballroom can sit comfortably 300 people, and it features state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, wireless broadband Internet access, and LCD projections.
