It covers an area of 93,000 square meters and has a planned investment of more than CNY1 billion. The hotel will be built to five-star standards and combine a resort hotel, a courtyard hotel, and a serviced apartment. Completion is scheduled to be by 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier on January 2007, SIIC signed an agreement with the government of Wuxing District for improving infrastructure and expediting its development as a sub center of central downtown Huzhou.
