The project will be divided into three phases over five years.<\/p>\n<p>The Huitang hot spring is located in southwest of Ningxiang county in Hunan and is listed as one of three major high-temperature and composite hot springs in China. The expressway connecting Changsha with Ningxiang, Huitang Hot Spring, and Shaoshan is scheduled to be opened by 2009.
