Dogan was previously regional vice president and general manager of Makati Shangri-La, Manila following a posting as regional vice president based in Dalian, China. He has held senior management posts at Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian; Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta; and Shangri-La's Mactan Resort and Spa, Cebu.
