The hotel covers a construction area of 30,800 square meters and is positioned as a comprehensive business hotel combining residence, dining, meeting, entertainment, leisure and fitness facilities. The hotel will offer 177 guestrooms, 23 private dining areas, three meeting rooms of different sizes, and a 8,000-square-meter entertainment center as well as a shopping mall, a business center, a bar, a gym and a park. It is scheduled to be completed by this October.<\/p>\n<p>The Dingyuan Hotel with an investment of CNY50 million has had a soft opening, and it is expected that the whole project will be finished by March 2009.
