The first delivery of the A330-300 will be in January 2009, with all 19 being delivered by October 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Singapore Airlines also has reached settlement with Airbus on issues relating to delays to deliveries of the A380. The terms of the purchases and settlement are confidential between the parties.<\/p>\n<p>Singapore Airlines Chief Executive Officer, Chew Choon Seng, said the airline now looks forward to delivery of the first Airbus A380 in October 2007.<\/p>\n<p>\"We're very pleased today to reach agreement with Airbus on the purchase of our second tranche of A380s. The aircraft achieved its Type Certification last week \u2013 a major milestone.
