It details such basic issues related to shopping as shopping venues and shopping times. It says that if a tour guide brings tourists to a shopping spot that hasn't been mentioned in the contract and forces them to do shopping, tourists can receive compensation which equals 20% of the total travel group fee.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives from travel agencies say that at present most of their high-level travel group products have stipulated details about shopping, but some cheaper travel group products still need reforms.<\/p>\n<p>This new contract comes about after years of Chinese tourists have complained about poor service from travel agents and operators.
