Of those travelers, 70 million will be middle and long-distance travelers, an increase of 7.2%, and 85.5 million will be short haul travelers, up 2%.<\/p>\n<p>In order to meet the railway transport need around the Spring Festival, the Ministry of Railway has launched a series of new measures this year, including placing the round-trip train ticket system for students into trial operation and initiating projects for sending migrant workers safely to their home.<\/p>\n<p>According to Ministry's arrangement, the Spring Festival Railway Transport 2007 Plan will begin on February 3 and end on March 14.
