First, 61.62% of the complaints were made against travel agencies, including complaints about low reception standards, delays or route changes and irresponsible tour guides.<\/p>\n<p>Second, complaints for outbound trips, particularly those for Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and European trips, increased dramatically by 77.62%.<\/p>\n<p>Third, complaints for travel shopping greatly increased, with 199 cases more than that of the previous year, increasing by 174.56%.
