{"id":31766,"date":"2007-02-02T08:24:45","date_gmt":"2007-02-02T00:24:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/2007\/02\/02\/3063-jinjiang-hotels-will-add-new-hotel-in-shanghai\/"},"modified":"2007-02-02T08:24:45","modified_gmt":"2007-02-02T00:24:45","slug":"jinjiang-hotels-will-add-new-hotel-in-shanghai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/2007\/02\/02\/31766\/","title":{"rendered":"Jinjiang Hotels Will Add New Hotel In Shanghai"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jinjiang Hotels plans to build a luxury five-star hotel on a piece of land which has been long left unused near Lianyi Building on Yan'an East Road in Shanghai.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The construction of the hotel project is expected to be started in the second half of this year and as part of the construction, the adjacent Dongfeng Hotel which features classic architecture, will also be renovated.<\/p>\n<p>Jinjiang Hotels says it will assign another party to manage the hotel and won't take this job itself. The new five-star hotel will provide about 200 rooms, but currently Jinjiang Hotels has not decided to have which hotel management company to manage the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>In order to coordinate with the overall construction of this hotel project, Jinjiang Hotels will also move its headquarters to Lianyi Building, a well-known office building in Shanghai which also hosts Jinjiang International, the parent company of Jinjiang Hotels.<\/p>\n<p>Jinjiang Hotels has been very active recently.
