In this role, he will have operational responsibility for The Americas, in addition to overseeing the global Hilton Family of Brands. Keltner had been President \u2013 Brand Performance and Franchise Development Group.<\/p>\n<p>Ian R. Carter remains Executive Vice President, Hilton Hotels Corporation and Chief Executive Officer \u2013 Hilton International, with responsibility for hotel operations outside The Americas.<\/p>\n<p>James T. Harvey assumes the title of Executive Vice President \u2013 Global Distribution Services and Chief Information Officer, overseeing the company's distribution activities in addition to its technology programs. Harvey had been Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer.<\/p>\n<p>Antoine Dagot is promoted to Executive Vice President, Hilton Hotels Corporation in addition to his existing position as President and Chief Executive Officer, Hilton Grand Vacations Company, the company's timeshare business.<\/p>\n<p>Molly McKenzie-Swarts is promoted to Executive Vice President \u2013 Human Resources, Diversity and Administration.
