{"id":31794,"date":"2007-02-08T08:52:03","date_gmt":"2007-02-08T00:52:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/2007\/02\/08\/3097-hong-kong-express-airways-unveils-new-identity\/"},"modified":"2007-02-08T08:52:03","modified_gmt":"2007-02-08T00:52:03","slug":"hong-kong-express-airways-unveils-new-identity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/2007\/02\/08\/31794\/","title":{"rendered":"Hong Kong Express Airways Unveils New Identity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hong Kong Express Airways has unveiled its new brand identity with a new logo, website, aircraft, crew uniforms and even a new Chinese name.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Designed to reflect the airline's values as well as its vision, the new logo &#8212; a contemporary and stylized representation of the mythical creature 'Pi Xiu' &#8212; can already be seen on the tail of the airline's new Boeing 737-800 that recently arrived in Hong Kong, the first of seven scheduled for delivery this year.<\/p>\n<p>Configured in a two cabin class arrangement with 8 Business Class seats and 156 Economy Class seats, the new generation Boeing 737 aircraft will not only enable Hong Kong Express Airways to increase capacity on existing routes but also pave the way for the airline to develop cargo services across Asia.<\/p>\n<p>Expansion of the airline's current route network will see Hong Kong Express Airways launch services on six new routes into Mainland China and Southeast Asia during 2007.
