The hotel will cost about RMB1.5 billion and feature innovative designs while providing 320 rooms and 190 apartment suites.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the W Hotel, the parties have also signed two hotel projects in Guangzhou to open in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>W Hotels is a global lifestyle brand with 21 properties in the world. Each of its hotels offers a unique mix of innovative design, comfort and cultural influences from fashion to music and art and everything in between.
