{"id":32018,"date":"2007-04-09T05:31:34","date_gmt":"2007-04-08T21:31:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/2007\/04\/09\/3414-henan-will-rate-travel-agencies\/"},"modified":"2007-04-09T05:31:34","modified_gmt":"2007-04-08T21:31:34","slug":"henan-will-rate-travel-agencies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/2007\/04\/09\/32018\/","title":{"rendered":"Henan Will Rate Travel Agencies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Henan Provincial Tourism Department says that it will assess and rate travel agencies in the province according to their performance.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>According to the Henan Provincial Travel Agency Industry Review and Assessment Standard, travel agencies in Henan will be classified into four categories of A, B, C, and D based on their basic condition, management, operation level, operation performance, advertisement program, service quality and safety, as well as the annual inspection result from tourists' complaints.<\/p>\n<p>Travel agencies that score over 150 points will be given an A grade; scores between 80 and 149 marks will be rated as B grade; scores 50-79 as C grade; and scores less than 50 marks as D grade. D grade travel agencies will be asked to rectify with a given timeline and their annual inspection will be delayed.
