Therefore, we are going to make use of our private dock, and purchase a large luxury yacht, so that we can organize banquets, meetings and weddings onboard,\" Zhu said.<\/p>\n<p>Besides the yacht project, the hotel will also undertake a 10-month renovation with an investment of RMB530 million.
