The Putman, Hong Kong's newest boutique hotel apartment has officially opened.<\/p>\n
The Putman will provide executive accommodation for discerning long-stay business travellers who are looking for comfort, space and designer-style in Hong Kong's Central district. The boutique hotel apartment is entirely purpose-built to Designer Madame Andr\u00e9e Putman's specifications as she oversaw site design, development, space-use, exterior elevation and interior decoration.<\/p>\n
\"I have tried to create a sentiment of opulent yet understated elegance,\" Putman said. \"By creating a dialogue between the fa\u00e7ade and the interior, the outside and the inside, I aimed to create an oasis of calm amid the bustle of Hong Kong. The Putman's design represents a fresh and subtle energy driven by an ambitious desire for comfort.\"<\/p>\n
Each of the 1,300 square foot one-bedroom apartments are full-floor suites with private dual-lift lobbies. Inside the apartments will be three distinctive living areas, all inter-connected by glass doors, open hallways, high ceilings and a chic neutral d\u00e9cor for versatile living.<\/p>\n
Apartments are fully fitted with state-of-the-art gadgets and furnishings including two Toshiba 42\" HD LCD televisions, Siemens and Krups kitchen appliances and a stand alone Villeroy & Boch bathtub. On-site management will provide daily housekeeping services as well as full porter, maintenance and concierge services.<\/p>\n
