The plan is designed to promote the tourism development and regional cooperation in western China, particularly that of Qinghai and Tibet which have much room for growth following the recent launch of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway.<\/p>\n<p>CNTA has been attaching much importance to the tourism development in the western part of China, a region that has also been included in the guideline of 11th Five-Year Plan of China's Tourism Development as one of the key tourism areas to receive priority in development.<\/p>\n<p>The main content of the Plan includes the Importance of carrying out the Plan, the background for compiling the plan, the process of compiling the plan, and the features and characteristics of the plan.
