The coveted land was divided among seven parties, making Antaeus Group one of the new owners. The size of the new project has a value of around RMB400 million.<\/p>\n<p>The proposed 7-star deluxe hotel project will be built on 86.2 thousand square meters and consist of 380 deluxe suites. The building is composed of separate towers and buildings and will open by the year 2011.
