Biondo, from the United States, has worked more than 16 years for Shangri-La Hotel &amp; Resorts Group. He started his hospitality career with the Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing and then worked in Beihai, Dalian, Fiji, and Shenyang. Prior to taking the helm of Shangri-La Hotel, Huhhot, he was the general manager of Traders Hotel Shenyang.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/070924-shangrilahuhhot-huang.gif\" title=\"Roc Huang\" alt=\"Roc Huang\" align=\"right\" \/>Roc Huang has been appointed resident manager of the hotel.
