It comprises a hotel, residence area, office building, business facilities, food and beverage facilities, as well as entertainment venues.<\/p>\n<p>Huang Mingliang, chairman of Xinghui Group, says that this hotel will cooperate with international hotel management companies. The hotel is expected to be opened within 2 years.
