Weege will be dealing mostly with clients in Beijing and brings with her a diverse background of European management style and local presence and understanding of the Beijing market.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/071112-hes-chen.gif\" title=\"Yo Yo Chen\" alt=\"Yo Yo Chen\" align=\"right\" \/>Yo Yo Chen, based in Shenzhen, worked for Jumeirah Hotels in Dubai in the human resources department. She studied for three years in Switzerland at the Swiss Hotel Management Degree in Caux\/Montreux for her BA in Hospitality Management plus a further year at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai. She also studied for one year in St. Julians, Malta.
