In Asia for the last 15 years, he joined Accor and the Sofitel brand in 1994. He has held numerous senior management positions in some of the most prominent Sofitels in the region such as the Sofitel Metropole Hanoi and the Sofitel Hua-Hin in Thailand, two of the company's heritage properties.
