And another two high-end hotels, the Mondial and Sofitel Wanda, are building near this area.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, local media reports that one hotel from Marriott is planned in Haishu District; one hotel from Shangri-La in Jiangdong District; and one international conference center from the Park Hyatt in Dongqianhu is being planned.
