They need to add the flights in order to meet the huge numbers of passengers using air transport during the holiday.<\/p>\n<p>The flights will be added for high-volume travel cities, particularly Shenzhen and Guangzhou. It is estimated that the total flights added for these two cities combined will reach more than 1000.<\/p>\n<p>Some flights will be added for lines to the western part of the country. However, for the sake of safety, the number of flights landing and leaving from Beijing International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Airport will be strictly controlled.
