The agrements all are effective as of March 1, 2006.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>However local media report that travel agencies in China say that they are still not familiar with these five countries and have little idea of the travel resources in each of the countries, so it may take some time before the five destinations become popular in Chinese market.<\/p>\n<p>At present, with the exception of Mongloia, there are no direct flights between China and these countries. <\/p>\n<p>Therefore, tourists may need to apply for a third-country visa or cross-border visa before they go to visit these areas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) has signed agreements with Mongolia, Tonga, Grenada, Bahamas and St. Lucia to allow Chinese tourists to travel to these countries.
