{"id":33369,"date":"2006-04-25T23:42:32","date_gmt":"2006-04-25T15:42:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/2006\/04\/25\/china-southern-inks-codeshare-with-klm\/"},"modified":"2006-04-25T23:42:32","modified_gmt":"2006-04-25T15:42:32","slug":"china-southern-inks-codeshare-with-klm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/2006\/04\/25\/33369\/","title":{"rendered":"China Southern Inks Codeshare With KLM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>China Southern Airlines has expanded its codeshare agreement with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines to include Boeing 777 service between Chengdu, China and Amsterdam.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>KLM will operate the service and China Southern will have seats available to offer to customers originating from Chengdu or connecting from China Southern's new hub at new Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou.<\/p>\n<p>This new agreement to Chengdu also serves to expand China Southern's European service from Amsterdam to four destinations in China, including Beijing. Guangzhou, Shanghai.<\/p>\n<p>The twice-weekly 777 service will be operated by KLM under the flight number KL 891 and will depart from Schiphol each Wednesdays and Sundays at 20:40 hours, arriving in Chengdu at 12:30 hours the next day. The return flight, number KL 892 will then depart on Thursdays and Mondays at 14:00 hours, arriving in Amsterdam the same day at 18:45 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Chengdu has become the major traffic hub of Sichuan, Yunnan, Shaanxi Provinces and the Tibet Autonomous Region.
