{"id":33543,"date":"2006-06-20T08:21:05","date_gmt":"2006-06-20T00:21:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/2006\/06\/20\/zendai-group-shifts-to-hotel-industry\/"},"modified":"2006-06-20T08:21:05","modified_gmt":"2006-06-20T00:21:05","slug":"zendai-group-shifts-to-hotel-industry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/2006\/06\/20\/33543\/","title":{"rendered":"Zendai Group Shifts To Hotel Industry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Shanghai-based real estate developer Zendai Group is shifting its focus to the hotel industry with the launch of its new Zendai Lisheng Hotel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Zendai will also soon spend RMB2 billion to build a five-star hotel called the Himalaya in Pudong, Shanghai.<\/p>\n<p>Located at Damuzhi Square, Zendai Lisheng Hotel is surrounded by large supermarkets, themed shopping malls, boutiques and entertainement establishment.<\/p>\n<p>The five-star hotel Himalaya will consist of 700 rooms with a 30000 square meter art museum. The construction of the hotel is expected to be completed in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Besides the two hotel projects, Zendai has also signed a letter of intent with Zhong Xin Tai Fu and Zhejiang Hongda Group on the reconstruction of Holiday Mall at Zhujiajue.
