Prior to joining the pre-opening team of Shangri-La Pazhou, Guangzhou, Hoehne held the same position with Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen. He has over  10 years of experience as an Executive Chef from work experience on 3 continents and 20 years of culinary experience since graduating from the prestigious chef\u2019s school in Germany.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" align=\"right\" title=\"Frank Zhang\" id=\"image1901\" alt=\"Frank Zhang\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chinahospitalitynews.com\/cn\/wp-content\/uploads\/060724-shangrilapazhou-zhang.gif\" \/>Frank Zhang will be the hotel's new Director of Human Resources. Zhang joined Shangri-La Hotels and Resort as Human Resources Manager in 1994. Zhang has more than 18 years of experience working in this field, and started his career as training supervisor in 1988 in his native Beijing.
