Zhang said that Spring Airlines will use the new investment from these two companies for plane leasing and new route development.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1981, Spring International has been engaged in diverse travel business activities in China. Spring International has already established a network of branch offices in 33 major Chinese cities and 55 retail outlets in Shanghai and the surrounding areas.
