His work experience includes both 5-star City Hotels and Resorts in his native Malaysia and also hotels in Myanmar, Singapore, Philippines and China.<\/p>\n<p>Cheng is responsible for hiring the entire food and beverage team, training and leading the team to meet the standard and quality of Shangri-La.
