With a total investment of RMB110 million, it will be a 19-storey building combining shopping, hotel and entertainment. Covering 36,700 square meters, it will be a 4-star hotel that can offer more than 300 rooms.<\/p>\n<p>According to the contract, Preess will manage the hotel for 10 years, and Xiangtan Hongrun will cover all management fees.<\/p>\n<p>Since its first hotel opening in Changsha two years ago, Preess has already created their brand for chain hotel expansion.
