Of them, Pacific Century has received the biggest piece of land at 17.02 sq kilometers.<\/p>\n<p>Haitang Bay occupies 98.7 square kilometers and will be constructed as an international holiday resort.<\/p>\n<p>The local government will sign project investment agreements to require each developer to immediately invest more than 50% of their total investment, otherwise the land they already occupy will be auctioned or opened for public bidding.
