According to a recent study, over 50% of airport users carry a laptop.<\/p>\n<p>PCCW Consumer Group Managing Director Tom Chan said, \"Wi-Fi Internet access has been available at the airport since 2003 \u2013 but by extending coverage and offering service free to users, we are conveying an important message to all travelers about Hong Kong's determination to be a regional leader in Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) and innovation.\"<\/p>\n<p>The PCCW Wi-Fi network provides a convenient and stable environment for airport users to send and receive email, surf the Internet and even run high-speed applications.
