Operating worldwide from their head office in Spain, HES Global is managed by Guy Teerlinck, who has over 25 years of international experience in the hospitality industry at 5 star hotels and resorts in Asia, the Caribbean, Indian Ocean area, USA and Europe as well as 3 Michelin-star restaurants. Other offices, located in Switzerland, Japan and Hong Kong serve the different regions in the world where qualified staff is in demand.<\/p>\n
The HES China office in Shenzhen is managed by Rene J.M. Schillings who is responsible China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao.<\/p>\n
In joint venture with China Hospitality Consultants (Shenzhen and Hong Kong Ltd), HES are now able to serve Chinese hoteliers directly from within the market. For local positions they are able to charge fees in RMB, within the Chinese banking system, an advantage that other international recruiters cannot offer.<\/p>\n
