The group will open Shifeng Holiday Villa Changshu on March 1, 2006. Shifeng Holiday Villa in Changshu City will be the tallest building in the city when it is completed. The hotel will operate the city's first revolving restaurant. <\/p>\n
It will have 450 rooms, including hotel rooms and suites, apartment suites and office suites. Its other food and beverage outlets include a Chinese restaurant that can seat up to 600 people. <\/p>\n
Other facilities include several meeting rooms, a launderette, sauna and spa fitness centre, retail shops and a banking hall. <\/p>\n
Another hotel to be opened is the 380-room Xiongsen Holiday Villa in Chenzhou, Hunan province. The group had recently signed a hotel management services agreement with Xiongsen Construction Company Ltd to manage and operate the new hotel, scheduled to open for business in May 2007. <\/p>\n
The city where the hotel is located is about 400km north of Guangzhou City and 300km south of Changsha, Hunan's provincial capital. <\/p>\n
Chenzhou will only be one hour's ride from Guangzhou when the new High Speed Railway line is completed in 2008. <\/p>\n
